sad....

i feel so sorry to prepayment Lisa and Poh Poh as i do wrong for the REL order....is a very serious case for me....as Poh Poh help me the case and let other people said she do wrong....i normally help them by looking intraday report with UC to REL the order....but i didn't realize i had REL the order with different term....such as Credit Card receipt with prepaid term....very wrong...this case make them need to ask the customer whether pay for the order or return it...i give them a problem only....T_T....my heart stop on the time i know i had done wrong for something....but Lisa and Poh Poh didn't score me or said me wrong....they said don't worry...this case can be settle...this make me feel so pain.....
