today

today work at 9am....i told Lisa that i need back early at 12pm...lucky she help me do the least....because too many...she work very fast as she had upload bs while i still edit the CCD....no revesal can to on today....so we need more carefully correct before upload in the system....i work until 12pm and i leave them all....i rush to fetch my mum who out from hospital at 12pm....after fetch her back...i thought later Jane will come to fetch me go to wash face as we had make appointment on 2pm...but she never call me...until evening she just call me and i said cancel d since she busy of it today....my mum friends come to visit her today....while i whole days doing the assignment given by boss....i afraid no time to do it if no today....tomorrow sunday need go to shop help dad whole day...while monday is my convo days....tuesday got meeting and boss wanna see it....so i rush it up....

CNDN billing

lol...today i went to work...boss call me....he ask me to help CNDN billing team as Rebill quite a lot didn't do yet...he want PY do rebill while me help them do RIMS and refund....i said ok...MY cash apps Lisa handler back....it's all Leowinna found????....as many of other team send the rebill since last week Leowinna handler until now still no reply back yet..the sender all compliance about it...they said on PY so rebill there are no problem...they will get the mail back on the same date although there are many rebill on 1 days....but PY still can handler very fast....i now only realize not our team said her work very slow....but other team too...haiz~~.....what i can said is Leowinna good luck!!!!~~~.....afternoon....meeting again for last week case....feel so many thing need to do as boss request for it in the assignent he given....i feel so ma huan as i don't have d access and need PY help me run the report only i can do...thanks to PY as she help me many thing....

OT

by this week....PY and I back late..we having OT everydays....since Rebill too many need to clear it...last monday i not sure as i on leave....but last tuesday i do CNDN billing....i start to help PY do rebill after Leowinna back home around 7pm something....tuesday and wednesday PY and i back at 9pm...very tired...on thursday we back at 9.30pm....on friday....lucky PY had clear almost done...so we back at 8pm...tomorrow need go to work again....but for MY cash apps....i very tired of it....where is my holiday????

take Jubah day

today my parent follow me back to UUM to take the Jubah as my parent worry of me if i drive too long ways....we start go around 10am something and reach at UUM around 12pm something....there are many people at DTSO hall...after i take my size of Jubah...i went to booked the photo shoot when we are on the stage counter.....i took the package about RM110 plus RM10 post back home plus RM5 softcopy....wow...total RM125....took all my money aways and now my pocket RM0....later on, i took my parent to in front of DKG1 to have a lunch....we had wan tan me....quite nice but RM3 each....after lunch...we went to UUM mall...i went to post office to post the Jubah to my friend and go to ATM took money...after done all....we went to Lye Huat Garden, Kedah to have a walk....entrance RM10 per head...i took a lot of photo....hehe....the weather was very hot....so i took umbrellla with me...after done visited....we went back to penang....on the ways back....on highways road our car wanna out of petrol....left 1 tank only....wow....this make my parent worry that will die on the half road...lucky our car petrol enough until we meet the petronas....now the car settle....after we reach penang...we went to Queenbays....it's already dinner time...so i treat my parent go to Manhattan Fish Market...we eat a lot....very full...after dinner....we only back to home....^^....my day end here...

MY

today i start handler MY cash apps....Lisa had teach me some of it yesterday and today she also help me once i don't know....lucky got her...she is very fast doing her work and willing to help people when they ask....very fast....after done MY...i feel MY more thing need to do than TH i handler before....because MY got WBL....too many thing...and the MY CCD is complicated....its took time to match it as there are many batch...and MY got 2 account....but anyways....i like to learn more....now i know how to do TH and MY cash appps....and CNDN billing...hehe....many thing....and my email now is "cap ka lang"....mean is rubbish....any of 3 of that job they will send loop in me....

Meeting

today meeting just few of us....boss, lisa, JH and me only....feel like something worry about it...inside the TR room...is small room...after JH persent his assignment given by boss, its my turn...boss said i use pivot table took many memory and it's took more long to open the file...so boss ask me do like JH use formula...lastly....boss ask us to think our own way to do the analysis the best ways and took easy to update for future people....as we are the 1st person to do this analysis....i feel so stress of boss given me this assignment as i not very clever at all....boss look me so high of it...meeting will continue next week....

today got 2 big case and 1 small case that make me so stress and worry about........

Case 1:
as i change to billing team for more then 2 week only.....after Sze Lynn resign....yesterday boss told us that he want billing team only 2 person that PY and L...he give me an assignment to do so i focus on that....PY had ask L to run daily report that we need to send out every morning....but L from 8am until 10am something still didn't run and ask me her her run....she told me she can't save it....so i help her run and send out...but the another file updater she got update on it with all country but wrong date which suppose on 14th only but she run and update on 13 and 14....duplicate with yesterday 13....haiz...this make me need to re-update with the correct details....PY start worry....later on, afternoon....we realize that she write a lie in emial....with other people ask her about the CN#....she said the system problem and had log on incident...but what we get to know is that paper she just done to create it by today....which mean the CN# will out after a days....(the process is today other people upload the RIMS, we need to create by today....then tomorrow we suppose get the CN# already...)...we upset about L because she done late and lie in emial....she work very slow and sometimes make a lot of mistake which need reversal....PY and i suggest have a talk with boss...boss realize about L too....and later on, boss and L went to a room discuss......after come out, boss said to PY that they change the job....PY job is doing rebill change to RIMS and refund....while L suppose do RIMS and refund change to Rebill.....we just wait to see how is she gonna to handle Rebill which is more thing to her do.......this case just solve by boss.............

Case 2:
yesterday night boss, L, Nori, E and i work late of night....E and i back at 9.45pm which early than them....E work til night because RO....while me is discuss with boss about the assigment boss given to me....on the way back....we walk to the lif...we meet a Austin man with us on the way back....(let the Austin man be B).....B asking us is it only the entrence E can go out....we said yes....E try be friendly to B and start to talk....E ask are you from Australia?....B said no, Austin....B ask which department you both work?.....we answer credit finance....B said so you work for Cynthia?....E said yes.....B asking are you usually work until late of night?.....E said it normaly...i just smile.....out of the door we just said good bye....

today, during lunch E said to other friend that last night we meet and english man....which is B.....we just share it....but after lunch.....our director Cynthia come to our boss said which one last night saw B...boss call E.....E just said what he siad to him nia......Cynthia said last night we meet are her boss and boss....which is broad of direator at Austin.....oh no....E said i also got meet on that time...i can proof it E didn't said any bad thing....Cynthia said on meeting, B ask her why your employers always late til late of night?...is it everyday?...B ask he meet 2 person of your employee on late of night.......Cynthia get shock......so she come to ask for make sure....Cynthia ask boss to take our both 2 month time sheet to let her see.....both of us this 2 month work a lot of OT.......then how?.....is it over limit?......after director go.....boss look on our time sheet.......he ask E to change his time sheet as it already 49 hours OT......too over....i feel pity to E because today is his last day and need to pass up his time sheet on monday to get salary........i just think.....he work so hard for what?...now offset with nothing...i feel sad too...lucky my timesheet is on 1/10 to today only...so it still less OT....i re-write less OT 2 hours which i really work on that day.......but i don't want thing because messy......so after this case we said no too late go home d.....very tired.....after that, there got town hall meeting....whole credit finance went to cafe....a talk for B....there got other director too.....which i can see it today got director.......BL from Seuol, Korea.........Andy Lau from China.......an indian guy from dehli, India.........all this director same with Cynthia under Micheal Low then only B.........you may see how i feeling now........


small case:
before boss back home today.......he said i done the assigment for him yesterday a lot of mistake.....match wrong.....i said nothing.......i just match it follow the mail i found out......but boss didn't see the mail also know what happen.....but i not clever as boss know what happen as i don't understand......i just do hope that boss don't give me any assignment to do d....as i not sure correct or not.....and hope boss faster change me back to cash app team although not TH but MY i also agree.......

good news to my buddy LS

LS call me that she finally get a job from Dell too which is same team with me.......i happy to her......my boss said want hired her to help Nori and Charkee.....i just hope she won't feel so stress on it....as that job is too many......and her salary quite low..........anyways........all the best to her..........

today boss suddenly ask few of us meeting...he said Sze Lynn will resign soon....last day on 13 Oct....and boss hope i be transfer to replace Sze Lynn...TH cash app will fully hander by ah fen....start from coming monday i need to follow Sze Lynn and she teach me...i said to boss...then Public Holiday i can't work anymore....no more money can earn....boss didn't said anything...then i just said ok to boss....haiz~~........i just hope can get more money only since i need money until end of year....many thing need money to settle....today i feel not good too....start to get sick....because yesterday i back at 10.10pm and today come at 7.45am....not enough sleep....my throat feel so dry and croak....early morning chat with Lisa sound like mouse....hehe.......

today is Alisa last day too....then we take photos together........and she treat us vitagen...hehe.......
