stress...

today work i do a mistake....a big mistake and feel so sorry to lisa....i borrowed lisa desk co card for access Citidirect....normally no problem...but don't know why i press wrong pin code the desk co card can't use...it out bad pin....reset the password also can't...haiz...lisa try to press and also same...bad pin...then she ask the responsibilty of the desk co card to contact the Citidirect....it's said the desk co card out bad pin because i press 3 times of wrong pin code...then need to reset all the thing....need take 3 week only can get the desk co card sended from New York....then need pay charges USD50!!!!.....that means MYR RM150++++...........i feel so sorry to them....the desk co card very need to run the Bank Statement for daily operation....all my found....but lisa said "is ok....don't score my self....relax...and take easy....this is small thing nia...later on you need to meet more challenge....then how could you hander?"....she is really nice to all person....she don't ever angry once since i join this team....hopefully everything will settle soon...and i need to be more carefully....
